Kingswood Capital Corporation and its group of related companies (The Kingswood Group / Kingswood) is a Vancouver based conglomerate active in a variety of businesses including real estate investment and development, manufacturing, financing, and television, . The Kingswood Group is a private group of corporations with its principal shareholders being the Segal family of Vancouver. The President of Kingswood Capital Corporation is Joseph Segal, a well-known and respected Vancouver businessman, and Philanthropist. He is the recipient of the Order of Canada, Order of British Columbia, and the 2005 Variety Club International Humanitarian Award.
Gary Segal- is the Vice-President of Kingswood Capital Corporation. He is also; Chairman of Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc., President of Kingswood Venture Capital Corp.; and Director of E-Z-Rect Manufacturing Inc.
Gary got his BA at University of BC and his LLB at University of Western Ontario. Gary practiced Business Law in Vancouver from 1980 - 1985 at which point he joined Kingswood Capital
Gary is a member of; Association for Corporate Growth; Canadian Bar Association; Vancouver Board of Trade; Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club; Richmond Golf and Country Club; Simon Fraser University Presidents Club. He also sits on the following community boards; President of Louis Brier Home and Hospital for the Aged; Trustee Vancouver Talmud Torah School Foundation; and a director Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver.
Lorne Segal - is the President of Kingswood Properties Ltd., and an active community member. He is a Director of the Vancouver Board of Trade and a member of Simon Fraser Universitys Deans External Advisory Board. Lorne is also Chair of The Courage To Come Back Awards, Coast Mental Health Foundation.
Lorne has traveled extensively in Europe and the United States. He attended Wadham College, University of Oxford in England. A highlight of Mr. Segals career was the development of the world class Vancouver condominium tower, the Kingswood Shaughnessy, a concept that incubated for 20 years. His credits include residential, retail and industrial projects in Greater Vancouver and other parts of B.C.
The Kingswood Group is active in both real estate investment, and development. Kingswood has a large portfolio of investment properties ranging from office and retail through to industrial. Kingswood owns and operates these buildings using third party property management. The Kingswood Groups real estate development activities are handled through Kingswood Properties and subsidiary companies as well as through ownership in First National Properties. Kingswood has a 116-acre industrial park in Richmond which has 1,350,000 sq.ft. of finished building space. When completed The Kingswood Industrial Park will be in excess of 2,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial and office space.

Kingswood is a founding and current shareholder in Multivan Broadcasting Corporation, a company awarded the license for a multi cultural channel for the lower mainland in 2002. Channel M commenced broadcasting in July 2003, in 22 different languages.
